Chef Arnaldo Castillo (our flavor magician, grill master, James Beard semifinalist, y’know the one) is heading to Birmingham for one night only!
We’re popping up at Adios Bar with a street-food-style menu stacked with some of our favorite hits and a lil' ATL attitude.
Sunday, July 20 | 6 - 9pm
We’ll be servin’ up Tuna Ceviche with Rocoto Leche de Tigre, grilled Steak Anticuchos and a pulled Chicken Sandwich with Huacatay Ranch, while our friends José Medina Camacho and Jesús Méndez of Adios Bar keep things lit wit pisco cocktails and a live DJ!
