We don’t need a holiday to celebrate our chicken, but since it’s officially National Pollo a la Brasa Day, we’re going all in.
At Tio’s, our Pollo a la Brasa takes three days of love: brined overnight, marinated in our signature spice blend, spatchcocked for even cooking, and grilled over live fire for juicy, smoky perfection. It’s the dish that started it all, and on July 16, we’re serving it up with all the fixins.

Come for our signature plates, and stay for some limited-time Hermanita favorites, including our Pulled Chicken Sandwich, Fried Chicken Milanesa, and Huancaina Mac & Cheese.
