Hermanita is almost here—our little sister pop-up, grilling juicy Pollo a la Brasa with all the fixings.

Catch us on Monday, April 7th, grilling up that perfectly charred, spice-rubbed rotisserie chicken, Anticuchos skewers, and sides like aji amarillo mac & cheese and griddled potatoes with herbs.

We’re keeping it fast, casual, and smokin' hot—just step up, grab your plate, and don’t forget the to sauce it up with our parrillera and aji verde salsas. 🔥 Wash it all down with a Pisco Punch pouch or a bottle of homemade Chicha Morada.
